As Chief People Officer, Ditte will join the Operating Board, with responsibility for setting and executing the company’s global people strategy across all of ÐÔÊӽ紫ý’s geographies. Marstrand Wulf’s steadfast commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion will play an instrumental role in nurturing the purpose, culture, engagement and performance of colleagues at ÐÔÊӽ紫ý.
Ditte was most recently Global Chief Human Resources Officer at Covetrus, a global animal health technology company. Ditte headed up several major transformations including M&A, divestment, business integration and enterprise change management including building a world class HR function. Ditte has spent more than 25 years in HR, leading as a trusted advisor and business partner to organizations including Microsoft, RSA and Arrow Electronics.
